Cream Dory Fillet w/ Butter Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 fish fillet
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs or flour
** Fish Fillet Sauce
- 1 butter
- 1/2 cup full cream milk
- 1 calamansi or lemon juice
- 1 salt
- 1 spanish paprika
- 1 parsley or chives
Instructions
1. Season fish fillet with salt and pepper. Dip in beaten egg then dredge in bread crumbs or flour. Fry until golden brown. Set aside.
2. For the sauce, melt butter then add full cream milk. Mix well. Add calamansi or lemon juice, spanish paprika and salt to taste. Parsley or chives for garnish.
